Get to know Alec:

How would you describe your role/ duties?

As an analyst for our actuarial team, I spend most of my time prepping census information, asset data, and drafting deliverables such as government forms and valuation reports. Preparing benefit calculations, drafting documents, and overall learning every part of the Pension field are all part of the workday.

What’s your background?

I grew up in Bristol, Connecticut and lived in the area until June 2022 when I moved to Denver and met partner Britney. In April 2024, we welcomed our first child, Sebastian, and have been loving and spoiling him ever since.

Before moving to Colorado, I had worked as a Defined Contribution focused TPA for 3 years.

What are the values that drive you?

I think having patience and good work ethic are the two traits that I value the most for professional growth as well as personal happiness.

Your top 3 favorite Podcasts/Books?

I enjoy most podcasts pertaining to sports, especially ones on NCAA Basketball, NFL, NBA, and MLB.

What are your hobbies?

Watching Sebastian grow up has taken over most of my hobbies, but still love watching all sporting events, especially my UConn Huskies. Making hot sauces and Barbecuing in the Summer have been a new interests as well.
